At Madilynn Scholar Academy, we use Brightwheel to keep you connected to your child’s day from morning drop-off to afternoon pickup!
Brightwheel is our all-in-one parent communication app that allows you to:

Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all, we ask parents to:
- Keep emergency contact information up to date
- Communicate any changes in your child’s routine or health
- Label all belongings clearly
- Adhere to drop-off and pick-up times
- Support your child’s learning at home by reading, talking, and playing together

Parent Responsibilities
At Madilynn Scholar Academy, we believe that strong parent partnerships help children thrive. To ensure the best experience for your child and our entire school community, we ask parents to support us in the following ways
Communication
Maintain open and respectful communication with staff. Notify us of any changes that may affect your child (health, behavior, family situations, etc.).
Health & Safety
Keep your child home if they are sick or showing signs of illness. Report any contagious conditions promptly.
Supplies & Personal Items
Provide all necessary items for your child (extra clothes, diapers, bottles, etc.) and label everything with their name.
Support Learning at Home
Reinforce classroom learning through reading, play, and quality time at home.
